These terms govern your use of clientstudio.com. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement; where the two differ, the engagement agreement controls.

Client Studio provides search visibility, AI-answer visibility, and related marketing services to a limited number of clients, one client per category per market. Descriptions of our work on this site, including published results, describe specific past engagements. They are not a promise of your results. Search rankings, map-pack positions, and AI-engine answers are controlled by third parties and change constantly; no honest firm guarantees them, and we do not.

Market Authority engagements carry a published delivery standard, stated on our pricing page: the four checkable deliverables inside the first fourteen days, three monthly reports inside the initial term, weekly automated monitoring for the whole term, and email answered by the person doing the work inside one business day. If we fail to meet that standard and do not cure the failure within fourteen days of your written notice, you may end the engagement before the initial term is over, effective at the end of the then-current month. Everything built during the engagement remains yours either way. This standard describes our work and its cadence; it is not a guarantee of rankings, positions, or business results, which no one controls.

Market Findings are provided free, from publicly visible information only, with no obligation on either side. They are provided as-is, for your information, and we may decline any request, including where a category conflict exists with a current client.

You may not scrape this site at disruptive volume, misrepresent your identity in our forms, or use our content to build a competing offering presented as your own. Content on this site belongs to Client Studio and may not be republished wholesale without permission. Quoting with attribution is welcome.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice. Pages discussing marketing compliance describe our operating experience, are general information, and are not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.

We link to and discuss third-party platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. We do not control them, and their behavior, policies, and results can change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability within a client engagement is addressed in the engagement agreement.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
