Buyers are already researching you before they ever call: reading reviews, asking ChatGPT who to hire, checking whether you even show up in the map pack. You do not see any of that from inside your own business. We send you three to five findings on your listings, search presence and how AI answers name your market, every one of them visible from outside your business, so there is nothing to grant us and nothing to install. Each is checkable by you, on your own screen, in under a minute.
Prefer email? Send your website, your city and your biggest bottleneck to dan@clientstudio.com. It reaches Dan either way.
Referred by someone we work with, and you would rather just talk? Book a working session. No findings required first.
You will have them within 48 hours, from a real person. If none of it matters to you, that is a fine answer.
When your findings arrive, if you want to walk through them live, you can book time directly.
01 Your profile is filed under the wrong primary category, so the service that drives your revenue is not the one being ranked.
02 Asked who to recommend in your market, ChatGPT names a competitor. You do not appear.
03 Your inquiry page loads no conversion tracking of any kind, so inquiries that do arrive cannot be traced to what produced them.
A complete delivered document, redacted, is below on this page.
Five findings from documents we sent to clients. Identifying details are covered; nothing else is changed. Yours will cover your own market, your own competitors, and whatever is actually true there.
Finding 01
This practice publishes llms.txt, a file written to tell AI systems what the business is and where it is. The live version carried an address the practice had moved out of and a phone number that no longer rang, while the website and the Google profile said something different. A business whose own sources disagree about its address is a business that is harder to name correctly. Corrected and verified live the same week.
Check it yourselfOpen yourdomain.com/llms.txt. If it loads, read what it says about your address and phone. If nothing loads, you do not have one.
Finding 02
Across the question set we track for this category, the ones with the most search demand behind them, engines named competitors and never this clinic. Nothing looked broken from the inside. The answers had simply been settled in someone else's favor.
Check it yourselfAsk ChatGPT what a buyer would ask about your category in your city, and count who gets named.
Finding 03
Google removed a batch of real reviews, no notice given. Our monitor caught it the same week and we filed for reinstatement with the evidence already assembled; the reviews were back in about 48 hours. Reinstatement is Google's decision; the catch and the filing were ours. Most owners only ever notice the number has drifted down, months later, if at all.
Check it yourselfNote your review count today and check it again next week.
Finding 04
The analytics setup counted dozens of events as conversions, and most of them were people opening the careers page. The real qualified-inquiry number was far smaller than the reported one, and every marketing decision had been leaning on the wrong figure.
Check it yourselfOpen your analytics and read what your recorded conversions actually are, one by one.
Finding 05
Across the roughly forty directories we monitor, a majority carried outdated or inconsistent name, address or phone details for the same business. Consistency across those sources is a documented local ranking factor, and these sources disagreed with each other.
Check it yourselfSearch your business name and city, open your first five listings, and read them side by side.
Findings drawn from delivered engagements across our categories. In each case: client name withheld by request. Identifying details covered; substance unchanged.
Specific to your business and your market: where buyers cannot find you, where a competitor is named instead, where inquiries go untracked. Each one checkable by you in under a minute on your own screen.
No logins, no analytics access, no install. Everything in it is visible from outside your business, which is the point.
It arrives as a document. If you want to talk it through, ask. If you read it and do nothing, that is a fine outcome and the findings are still yours.
